Bye bye Procter & Gamble

So here I am, closing another important chapter in my life. I am leaving Procter and Gamble to “feed” my WANDERLUST. It is always strongly linked: to start something new, we also need to release something else.
Unfortunately it is mostly pretty hard and brings mixed feelings. I know, it is a good decision to be back on track and explore the world, but I also leave the comfort zone: role I felt experienced with, my good colleagues with whom making stupid jokes or even complaining was fun. I spent over 2 years with P&G and can surely say that this road was bumpy, challenging and sometimes even too crazy. However on the other side, when you close the chapter, you only remember those good moments. Support from my best colleague in Euskirchen: Gjilsha and Vanessa with whom we tried to build a puzzle to deliver „something“. Markus coming with a wide, creative flex sourcing ideas. My beloved MDA Team in EUS, who always had chocolates to cheer up. Christian who was always „facilitating“ the rollout plan. BTW Christian, I know you are reading it: I remember what you have promised to me hahahahah now no excuse!! Monika with her patience explaining everything 20 times.
I also had a great polish support in Euskirchen/Cologne from Ela and Aga. Only as advice: don`t let Aga order the bill, as you will end up with another huge Mojito :)  Partying with Ela
could be described in a separate book with 10 tomes.
After crazy 13 months in Germany, working in Euskirchen and living in Cologne, I continued in Warsaw PSC. Those are almost 2 different companies, but also here I found good friends bringing smile on my face in tough moments. Always positive Ola, Arek, Lidka, Ula, Kasia, Ira, Teo and Asia saved my days. Paul with his funny: Kasia do you have 2 minutes always managed to have the full: „save the world flex sourcing strategy”.

Quick coffee breaks for some rumors with Dżoanka and creative meetings with Malgosia on TAR planning. Working with amazing Tech Pack Team, Halina, Grzegorz and LAB in TAR as well as with MEA guys.
In last weeks also with my successor: Kuba, who will surely be great IOL.
I think, you can only understand above, when you were a part of crazy IOL world. When you introduce new Pampers to the market.

It took me a while to grow up to this decision to quit and go traveling, but when finally done, I received plenty of positive feedback and warm wishes for my adventure. Many thanks for it guys :)

So, I wish you all the best. Keep on rocking, but always appreciate those sweet calm moments, having a short break with your colleagues, taking a time to say thank you and keep work life balance.

You always see twice, so I only say see you later instead of proper bye bye.
Cheers

Kasia --> your ex IOL for CEEMEA Tier 1 Taped
